Mexico All-Inclusive Resorts

With some of the top ranked beaches in the world, Mexico is a top vacation spot. Mexico all-inclusive resorts are the best way to enjoy the sun and fun.

There are many different resort areas in Mexico. From the beaches of Cancun, located on the Gulf of Mexico, to the sandy peninsula of Baja California, there are resorts to suit every budget and traveler’s taste. However, there is one way to stay in Mexico that is sure to please even the pickiest and most demanding vacationer; staying at one of the Mexico all-inclusive resorts.

Mexico all-inclusive resorts include the famous Club Med. Now a chain of resorts, there are many different Club Med resorts in Mexico, and all of them show their guests a great time. The Club Med “village” in Ixtapa, Mexico, offers not only a great destination for adults, but even for whole families. They offer Baby Club Med and Petit Club Med, special groups that have activities for young children, for an additional fee. Included in your all-inclusive price at Club Med are many amenities; such as lodging, meals, all sorts of beverages, activities led by staff, and even tips. At night, live music and dancing make a great end to your day. There is also a Club Med village in Cancun, Mexico.

If you’re looking to stay at Mexico all-inclusive resorts other than a Club Med resort, there are many to choose from. One such resort is El Cozumeleno, located on the island of Cozumel just off the shore of Cancun. This resort, located on a beautiful white sandy beach, offers deluxe accommodations as well as many different water sports, all included in your stay. Also bundled in with your all-inclusive price is dining at one of several restaurants and snack bars, and some all-inclusive packages even include a wedding! Kids stay free under the age of 12 (ratio of two kids to two adults).

A third of the Mexico all-inclusive resorts worth looking at are the Melia Puerto Vallarta. Located in Puerto Vallarta (Jalisco), this resort is part of the Sol Melia chain. The resort prides itself on being family-friendly, with clubs for youngsters based on a Flintstones theme. This resort provides many different options for dining and refreshment in its different restaurants and bars, and there are also attractions such as a huge outdoor pool, Jacuzzis, water sports, workshops and other fitness activities. As the resort is all-inclusive, you needn’t worry about paying for any of the included amenities and other items.

Staying at one of the Mexico all-inclusive resorts can be a great choice for your Mexican vacation, especially if you’re traveling with a family. Many of the resorts allow children under a certain age to stay with you for free in your room, so you can take advantage of the all-inclusive rate for the whole family!

Villas Rentals – Cannes

Located in the south of France, the beach town of Cannes is legendary. Villa rentals in Cannes can be inexpensive unless you are trying to catch the famous film festival.

When you hear the name Cannes, a beautiful southern French town on the Cote d’Azur, you might automatically think of the famous Cannes Film Festival. While this is a major event in Cannes, it is certainly not the only reason to take a trip here. Whether you want to experience the tranquil blue waters of the Rivera or the atmosphere of a small French town, Cannes is a great place to enjoy a vacation. Villas rentals in Cannes make it easy to spend as little time or as long as you would like in the village, and you can set up your own home away from home.

Mandelieu la Napoule is one of the top villas rentals in Cannes. Frankly, it is a bit of a secret. The villa is located up on the hills surrounding Cannes, which is nice when you need a bit of piece and quite. It has an open French charm, and sleeps four to six people. The key to the villa is the pool and view, which is to die for as it overlooks the town and ocean. This is a great place to kick back and just take in the sunset with a cool drink. For those who like to party the night away, it is also a great place to watch sunrises! The villa will set you back between 300 and 600 Euros a night depending on the season.

If you are interested in hobnobbing with the celebrities at the Cannes Film Festival, be sure to schedule your trip for the appropriate time – usually in May. (In 2007, the Festival will take place between May 17 and May 28). You will need to be credentialed as a film industry professional, however, to get into the events. Most of the screenings and other festivities are not open to the general public.

Villas rentals in Cannes are often booked well in advance of a trip, so make sure to consult your travel agent about the possibility of renting a villa. One such beautiful villa that is available to rent is located only 50 meters from La Croisette, and its two bedrooms, dining room, living room, day room and more easily accommodates eight people. This style of villa is common among those for rent in Cannes, and they can cost about 2900 Euros per week in the high season. Put another way, this is not the spot for the budget traveler.

Whenever you choose to visit the south of France, make sure to look into villas rentals in Cannes. By staying for an extended period in one of these comfortable villas, you can be sure to get a real feel for living in the south of France. The beauty and charm of Cannes is world-renowned, so making a trip here is definitely a luxury worth spending your money on!

Koh Tao Resort

Thailand is known as the land of smiles, but should equally be known as the definition of paradise. Koh Tao Resort represents a slice of this paradise.

If you never have experienced the beaches of Thailand, I highly recommend it. Burned out from a 60 hour a week job, I sold my business in late 2003 and took a break. Looking for something new, I headed off to Thailand for three months. The place is beautiful and resorts such as Koh Tao Resort, are simply stunning. Sometime during your first day there, you will inevitably take a deep breath and unconsciously let go over all the stress in your body. The pace of life, beauty and overall atmosphere are simply magical.

Koh Tao means “Turtle Island.” The name is apt and derives from the sea turtles that use roughly 15 miles of the beach on the island for laying eggs. The island is located about 70 km east of the coastline between Suratthani and Chumphon. Koh Tao remained uninhabited for a long time, being used only as an occasional shelter for fisherman of the nearby islands. It is one of those special little islands around Thailand where you can picture yourself never leaving.

Koh Tao Resort is tropical beach resort formerly known as Koh Tao Cottage. Located on the Gulf of Thailand, Koh Tao Resort is a 5-star resort just steps from the beach. You can loaf on the beach all day or go for a relaxing swim in the warm waters. While it is nice to get away from the hubbub of daily life, you can still stay connected since the resort has everything from satellite television to phone, fax and internet service.

Koh Tao Resort has a private boat fully equipped for diving, departing twice a day to the best dive destination around the island. The boat has oxygen, sonar, radio, sundeck, toilet and shower. However, it is also possible to take a tour to the rich rainforest area, ideal for those who prefer activities such as hiking, biking or boating at Taa Toh Lake.

There are 8 different styles of accommodation at Koh Tao Resort, including beach front rooms, deluxe rooms, superior rooms, luxury rooms, standard air, mountain view cottages, bungalow pool side, and bungalow sea view. All have the amenities expected by travelers, including daily cleaning, fresh towels and drinking water, among others.

If the opportunity presents itself to go to Koh Tao Resort, I highly recommend you take advantage of it. Even a week in paradise is enough to give you a new look on life.

Luxury Homes in Chandler Arizona - More Bang for the Buck

In the 1920s, you could order a house from the Sears Roebuck catalog for a little over $600. Imagine having a home kit delivered to your lot – a home with beautiful floors and wonderful detailing, all for under a thousand dollars. Those days have certainly gone. Nowadays, you are lucky to get a home for under a half million dollars.

But what if your budget extends over a million dollars? What can you expect for over a million dollars when you look for a home in Chandler, Arizona?

Chandler is a community that is rapidly growing and changing. Chandler is quickly becoming home to some of the best golf courses in the state, world class resorts, and premiere shopping and entertainment facilities. And the real estate market has kept pace with the upgrading of Chandler into a high quality community.

A simple drive through Chandler will show you just how much diversity there is in this great community. You’ll find homes in every price bracket. There are some great starter homes, condos on golf courses, town homes with gated security and even homes that start with a million dollar price tag and climb up from there.

Chandler is rapidly developing a reputation for its luxury homes. What makes these homes unique? Million dollar homes in Chandler offer some similar features:

* Open, relaxed spaces

* Spacious lots

* Large garages

* Enormous master suites

* Inviting pools and spas

Chandler luxury homes are available in a variety of styles, but all blend into the desert landscape. You’ll see homes with mature palm trees and citrus groves. Most of all, these homes exemplify the custom craftsmanship that is found in luxury homes.

Chandler is a fairly young community. You’ll find luxury homes that were built in the mid-80s to developments that are brand new, but you’ll find very few older luxury homes.

Chandler luxury homes are generally quite spacious, with square footage starting at around 3,000 square feet and going up to 7,000 square feet. These mini-mansions offer unlimited entertainment ability, as well as opportunities to indulge in luxury pools and spas, some with built-in waterfalls, enormous backyard barbeques, and elegant patios.

Chandler is a remarkable community for luxury homes. When you buy in a luxury home in Chandler, you’ll find that your buying dollar stretches much further than some of the other luxury communities surrounding Phoenix, like Scottsdale. Chandler offers variety and elegance to a discriminating buyer.

Spectacular Seychelles Boast World-Class Resorts and Attractions

The Seychelles is a group of 115 islands in the Indian Ocean, located near Madagascar, the Maldives and Mauritius. The nation, a republic, boasts two UNESCO World Heritage Sites, consisting of the island of Aldabra, the world’s largest coral atoll and Vallee de Mai on Praslin Island, which has been compared to the Garden of Eden.

A haven for divers — both snorkel and SCUBA — Seychelles has six national marine parks, where coral islands are rich with more than 1,000 different species of fish. The turquoise water, clean white sand beaches and exotic plant and animal life make Seychelles a popular holiday destination for weddings and honeymoons as well as attractions for sailors and divers.

One of Seychelles’ best-known beaches is Anse Lazio on Praslin Island. Framed by huge rocks on both sides, Anse Lazio beach is shaded by picturesque coconut palms leaning out toward the gently rolling waters of Chevalier Bay.

Mahe Island is the largest of the Seychelles, and location of the capital, Victoria. The international airport as well as 90% of the population can be found on Mahe Island.

Perhaps the most renowned holiday resort in Seychelles is the Banyan Tree, a family of romantic luxury resorts with locations also in the Maldives, Thailand, Japan, Indonesia and China, although each location is uniquely fitted to its culture and geography. Other highly recommended resorts are operated by Constance (Lemuria Resort on Praslin Island), Le Méridien, and Taj. In addition, you will soon see them joined by Four Seasons, Southern Sun, the Crown and Champa Group, Universal Enterprises and Per Aquum.

The Banyan Tree, on Mahe Island, covers about 117 hectares of dramatic coastline and its 800 meters of beach frontage overlooks what has been called one of the world’s ten most beautiful beaches.

Popular land-based activities include hiking along well-marked nature trails followed by pampering tired muscles in luxurious spas at five-star resorts. The Lémuria Resort on Praslin sports a championship 18-hole golf course recognized by the PGA, providing challenges for amateur and professional golfers.

Remarkable animals formerly found but now nearly extinct on these holiday islands include the giant tortoise and saltwater crocodile (caiman). Birders will be happy to see a Seychelles Flycatcher, Kestrel, Blue pigeon, Sunbird, Swiftlet, White Eye or Scops Owl. Seychelles are popular with fisherman, eager to catch such magnificent trophies as sailfish and marlin. Seychelles waters are also rich with shark, giant barracuda, rainbow runners and wahoos.

All residents of the Seychelles are immigrants, with the largest ethnic groups composed of French, Africans, Indians and Chinese. The two official languages are French and English.

The islands were probably first discovered by Portuguese sailors in the 16th century. They were colonized by France in 1756, who named the archipelago after a government official, Jean Moreau de Sechelles. The Seychelles were ceded by Britain in 1814 and became an independent republic and member of the British Commonwealth in 1976.

Flying time to the Seychelles from the USA is about 30 hours, making it more popular with Europeans than North Americans. But its world-class scenery, diving sites, as well as its luxurious holiday resorts and cuisine, not to mention the friendly locals, make the Seychelles Islands well worth considering as a holiday destination for anyone who does not have to worry about budgets.

Bulgaria - Big Boom in Ski Resorts

Since the return of democracy to Bulgaria in 1989, one of the most significant developments has been in the sphere of tourism and, parallel to it, a rapidly growing interest in realizing hitherto unsuspected possibilities for foreign investments in real estate. The length of the Black Sea coastline, well-known in the 1960s and 1970s as the holiday playground of Bulgarians and the citizens of other Soviet bloc countries, has undergone a massive transformation into one of the most attractive talked-about destinations for European tourists. It has been characterized enthusiastically as a second Costa Brava.

Many visitors, after their first unforgettable vacation, came back, this time looking to invest in new seaside apartments built off-plan in astoundingly beautiful new property developments at incredibly low prices. Add to this the accession of Bulgaria as a full EU member state in 2007 and you understand immediately that the prospects are unusually attractive. The renaissance in summer tourism on the Black Sea coast is complimented by the discovery by winter sports lovers of the excellent facilities and almost unexploited possibilities of Bulgarian ski-resorts. Already prominent on the European - and even global! -Ski-lovers list are resorts like Bansko, Borovets and Pamporovo. Sofia, the elegant capital of the Bulgarian Republic, is minutes away from the densely forested slopes of Mount Vitosha, the pride and recreation ground of the local inhabitants. In the last 10 years, the national capital has been transformed into an international business centre with a cosmopolitan character.

All this in turn has created the hugely increased interest of European and especially British and Irish, investors in a number of highly attractive new, “off-plan” Property developments, particularly in these hitherto unknown Bulgarian resorts, whose potential is just now being truly appreciated.

Bansko, about 160 km south of Sofia and 250km from the Northern Greek metropolis of Thessaloniki, has been called the Gateway to the Pirin Mountains. In fact, the entire region has been designated the Pirin National Park. The pretty and historic market town of Bansko, a notable centre of regional commerce from the 18th and 19th centuries, forms the vibrant heart of this new resort with global ambitions. Now you can see, side by side, historic monuments and new 5-star hotels, attractive traditional residences and state-of-the-art property developments. The variety of clubs and pubs and places of entertainment for all tastes will impress vacationers. Bansko, furthermore, is a major venue, in the strong Bulgarian bid for the Winter Olympic Games in 2014, together with the capital Sofia and the other two leading Bulgarian ski-resorts, Borovets and Pamporovo. Borovets is the oldest winter resort, founded by Bulgarian Tsar Ferdinand in 1896 and is closer to Sofia, near Samokov, to the north of the Rila mountains. Pamporovo is a modern purpose-built ski-resort in the Western Rhodope mountain range, where they are getting everything ready for a unique sports experience. Bulgarians are hoping it will impress the world skiing community with the high standards of sports and tourist installations. The conditions for skiing are among the best in the Balkans. 17 ski-tracks with a total length of 65km cater for skiers and snowboarders of every level of skill, from basic beginners to the very advanced. The Gondola ski-lift terminal is opposite the 5-star Kempinski Hotel. By 2006, to cater for the increasingly high expectations of affluent winter-sports lovers, more than 6000 apartments are being built in new construction meeting the highest international standards. Each of the developments has its own characteristic name, indicative of the way local Bulgarian architectural tradition is married with modern developments, where attention has been given to detail. Beyond any doubt, the special attraction of these properties in Bansko is the low cost, matched by equally high quality.

In addition, Bansko has an excellent 18-hole Golf Course and the route infrastructure in the area has been significantly upgraded to enhance access to the other tourist attractions of the surrounding region. Discussions are underway at Government level for the construction of an airport, capable of accommodating international flights.

Pamporovo opens up like an Alpine resort, along the scenic valley route from Plovdiv, Bulgaria’s second city, to Smolyan and the newly-opened border point with Northern Greece. In the shadow of Mount Snezhanka (1926 metres), it is Europe’s southernmost ski-resort, with sunshine for at least three quarters of the year, but also very agreeable temperatures, guaranteeing ideal skiing conditions for the duration of the season from December to April. Created around three main skiing areas, with 25 designated slopes, Pamporovo is the perfect choice for the winter sports enthusiast, whatever may be his or her degree of proficiency. There are also experienced instructors to guide learners and children.

During the summer season, Pamporovo becomes the ideal base for mountain-walking and environmental tourism. It’s a year-round centre for healthy, energetic relaxation. Several brand new 5-star hotels assure top-notch accommodations, quality entertainment and excellent nightlife, but also provide gym, swimming and sauna facilities. In addition, there are a wide variety of well-stocked shops and restaurants, each with their own particular variant of attractive décor and local traditional cuisine, as well as Irish pubs and bars, with their warm, convivial atmosphere. Pamporovo is uniquely designed to give everyone a chance of experiencing class and quality, at truly affordable prices.
